48-Hour Full Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund on their purchase under the following conditions:
- The return is initiated within 48 hours of the purchase or delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags, packaging, and certificates intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Store Credit After 48 Hours

After the initial 48-hour period, we offer store credit for returns under these conditions:
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags, packaging, and certificates intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
- Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery.

Preventing Misuse and Fraud

To ensure the integrity of our return process, we have implemented measures to prevent misuse and fraud:
- All returns are subject to inspection by our team. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
